We must merge the upgrade project configurations and data into your existing Cority environment to complete the upgrade. We are only able to proceed with this data upgrade with your acknowledgment. Once you acknowledge, we will place your organization in the project queue. A Cority representative will contact you as your project kickoff nears to discuss any additional preparation steps needed before the upgrade.
