Environment + Energy Leader Honors Cority with Top Product of the Year Award for Fifth Consecutive Year

Comprehensive Water Management solution from Cority recognized; top award also given to recently acquired Greenstone

Toronto, ON, July 12, 2023 – Leading global enterprise EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) software provider Cority has been recognized with a Top Product of the Year Award from Environment + Energy Leader for the fifth consecutive year. This year, Cority won with its Water Management Solution, a comprehensive platform designed to help organizations with large water footprints reach their environmental and sustainability goals, reduce operational expenses, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, Cority’s most recent acquisition, Greenstone – a sustainability, supply chain, and ESG software company – secured a Top Product of the Year award for its InvestorPortal solution.

Cority’s comprehensive, scalable, and customizable Water Management solution helps organizations manage water efficiently, reduce water consumption, and reach their environmental and sustainability goals. The solution, used by companies around the world, centralizes and standardizes the management of water usage and discharge data from operations, providing efficient water management, compliance management, streamlined processes, and comprehensive risk management. With new features supporting data analysis and correlation identification, and other key performance indicators, organizations can make impactful EHS-focused decisions, driving better outcomes.

“We are thrilled to be awarded Top Product of the Year for the fifth year in a row,” said Ted Kail, chief product officer at Cority. “This prestigious recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to developing innovative, configurable, and people-first EHS software solutions. We remain steadfast in our mission to empower organizations globally, helping them streamline EHS processes, ensure compliance, foster sustainable business practices, and make responsible business decisions.”

Cority has won previously for its Sustainability Performance Solution, Waste Management Solution, Emission Inventory Site Diagram, Environmental Management System, and waste management implementation with Central Arizona Project (CAP), a Cority customer.

Environment + Energy Leader praised Cority’s Water Management solution for its ability to integrate seamlessly with Cority’s Safety Cloud solutions to achieve a more comprehensive EHS management approach. The Water Management solution is available as a stand-alone solution or as part of Cority’s Environmental Cloud that also includes solutions for Air Emissions and Waste Management. All solutions are a part of the integrated, SaaS-based CorityOne™, the company’s responsible business platform, consisting of a comprehensive suite of solutions for managing environmental, health, safety, sustainability, and quality programs.

Recent Cority acquisition, Greenstone, won a Top Product award for its InvestorPortal, a cloud-based software solution enabling private capital investors to collect, manage, analyze, and report carbon emissions and ESG data across their investment portfolios and funds. The product enables investors and their portfolio companies to calculate accurate carbon emissions to help understand and report progress against carbon reduction targets. InvestorPortal uniquely straddles the carbon reporting and management needs of General Partners (GPs) while enabling portfolio companies with an accessible, user-friendly, and intuitive carbon emissions calculation tool. As part of the post-acquisition integration plan, InvestorPortal will form an integral part of Cority’s Sustainability Cloud for financial markets.

For the past decade, the Environment + Energy Leader Awards have recognized excellence in products and services that provide companies with energy and environmental benefits. In choosing award winners, judges evaluate products, in part, based on their ease of use, efficiency, and reliability. They also seek products that provide clear, substantial benefits and have viable attributes that set them apart from others.

Cority, Greenstone, and fellow award recipients will be recognized during Environment + Energy Leader’s 2023 Summit, July 18-19. Register for the full summit and join the Cority team for the event’s virtual session: What’s GHG going to cost you? Navigating the Inflation Reduction Act’s New Methane Emissions Reduction Program (Tuesday, July 18, 8:45 am PT).
