Partnership simplifies managing environmental, health, and safety compliance across jurisdictions
Toronto, ON and Williamsport, PA – August 26, 2020 – Cority, the most trusted provider of environmental, health, safety, and quality (EHSQ) management software, today announced its extended partnership with RegScan, Inc., a trusted provider of global compliance solutions for environmental, health, and safety professionals.
Cority and RegScan have had a strategic partnership since 2017, where RegScan’s regulatory compliance content is integrated into the Cority platform, driving significant efficiencies for organizations, since they can centrally access their legal registers and audit protocols and manage associated actions.
Under the new agreement, RegScan will be the regulatory compliance content provider for the Cority Enviance application. Clients will be able to access global regulatory changes, including federal and state regulations with their compliance activities to better manage their EHS compliance across jurisdictions via an easy-to-use interface.
EHS Managers can create customized EHS regulatory reports for each reported action, including originating jurisdiction, action type, regulatory citation affected, effective date, subject area, title of action, and summary of action. In the U.S., RegScan keeps organizations up to date on changes to federal regulations, regulations across all 50 states, and many U.S. territories. Global regulatory changes are included across Canada, the EU, Asia, Australia, Africa, and South America.
