How Cority Pricing Works
Cority is enterprise EHS+ software, and pricing is built to the scope of each organization rather than sold at a single sticker price. What an organization pays depends primarily on the solutions it uses, as well as the number and type of users, and the integrations it needs.
The Two Parts of Cority Pricing
Part 2 — Cority offers two subscription models
Standard
Standard pricing grows as users and modules are added, alongside an annual uplift.
Enterprise
Enterprise pricing is a fixed fee covering the required modules and integrations, licensed for all employees, with only the annual uplift applying, which gives larger organizations a predictable cost as they scale.
What drives the cost
Three factors shape the total.
Solutions
The first is the set of solutions selected across safety, health, environmental, quality, and sustainability.
Users
The second is the number and type of users, which range from administrators to field employees.
A focused single-solution deployment and a converged enterprise platform sit at very different points on that range.
For common, well-defined needs, Cority also offers pre-configured Essentials packages with a defined scope and a more predictable starting point.
What the subscription includes
The subscription covers more than access to the software. It includes:
24/7 Helpdesk Support
Three Major Platform Updates Each Year
Maintenance of Test and Production Environments
Ongoing Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Scanning
A Dedicated Customer Success Manager
Platform Storage
Because Cority is delivered as software-as-a-service, there are no separate servers, hosting, or infrastructure costs to maintain.
Implementation and services
The implementation project is a one-time fee for the consultants who configure Cority to an organization’s needs. This work is scoped in advance and captured in a Statement of Work, so both parties agree on the success criteria before the project begins.
Organizations can also engage Cority’s professional services and advisory teams for additional configuration, optimization, and ongoing strategic support. These services are scoped and billed separately from the software subscription.

Get a Demo
Because pricing reflects each organization’s scope, the most accurate way to understand the investment is to see Cority applied to a specific operation. Request a demo, and the Cority team will scope the right configuration and the pricing that fits it.
