Audit readiness isn't an event. It's a state.
OVERVIEW
Regulatory audits do not announce themselves at a convenient time. Reporting windows close fast. The data behind them is often incomplete, siloed, or scattered across systems that were never built to talk to each other. And already stretched thin EHS+ teams are left to pull it together under pressure.
Teams that walk into an audit prepared usually share a few habits. Corrective actions from the last incident or near-miss are actually closed, not just logged and left open. Permit renewals and training records are tracked against real deadlines, not discovered three weeks before they lapse. Data lives in one place that EHS, operations, and facilities can all see, instead of three spreadsheets that don't agree with each other. None of that happens by accident, and none of it happens the week before an audit.
In this live roundtable, Stuart Cook and Chrissy Smith from Cority, and
Jose Orsini from Trinity Consultants, unpack what separates teams that walk into an audit with confidence from teams that scramble.
