Integrated and personalised texting service for end clients to provide reminders and confirmations with respect to appointment booking confirmations and similar alert requirements

The PLUS module is a natural extension to the Specific Health Surveillance module currently available within Cohort. It allows questionnaires to be sent out electronically to specific clients or groups of clients prior to an appointment being made, or the client being seen. Links to your questionnaires can also be securely provided via your organisations intranet, which makes the completion of questionnaires safe, efficient and secure. Your current paper based forms can be created and catered for by SHS PLUS, as the module allows you to define your own questions, mandatory fields and clinical pathways. Customer satisfaction surveys can also be implemented as part of the client journey, along with inhouse SEQOHS requirements.

Designed to improve pre-employment turnaround times, with online dashboards to provide accurate and real time information on the status of each employment application. The Employment Plus module allows HR to send an email containing a direct link to your online pre-employment questionnaires and a secure and unique PIN to facilitate secure logon. The questionnaire is then completed online, ensuring any mandatory information is captured, and submitted electronically back to Cohort, where, subject to your individual questionnaire rules, automated clearance can be provided to completely eliminate manual intervention and help facilitate a paper –free environment, process and operation.

Designed to complement the standard Cohort Management Referral module, the PLUS module streamlines the referral process allowing departmental managers to electronically refer their staff directly to Occupational Health. The manager’s portal provides user defined questionnaires, which allows the capture of mandatory information and an increased level of data accuracy, whilst providing a custom workflow design and improved turnaround times for your department and organisation.

Allows clients to view, request and book appointments directly via a secure online portal. Here, a client can book a date, time and reason for the appointment. On submission, the Cohort system will review the request and update the system and inform the client directly with confirmation via an automated appointment letter and or SMS text message.
