Pam Bobbitt is the Director of Channels & Product Marketing at Cority. Having trained as a chemist, Pam has spent more than 15 years as an EHS professional in the pharmaceutical, chemical and automotive industries. At Cority, she is using her EHS industry expertise to translate business requirements into successful software programs.
Shannon Crinklaw is a Professional Services Manager with Cority providing implementation and sustain services for Cority clients globally. Shannon has worked in the safety and environmental field for over 10 years mostly in the private sector within manufacturing environments.
Shannon received a Business degree specializing in Human Resources from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario. She furthered her specialization in safety by receiving a post grad certificate from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario. She currently holds 2 certifications as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional and Canadian Human Resource Leader.
Shannon provides consultation to clients in the areas of implementation planning, work process review, training and sustain support. Prior to Cority, Shannon’s experience included work with recognized safety leaders within the automotive industry where she was involved in various aspects of developing and executing Safety programs and involvement in the ISO 14001 certification. Shannon’s broad experience in the occupational health and safety field enables her to bring a deep understanding of the needs of Cority clients.
Rachel Williams has been a Client Service Consultant for the Cority team since June 2013. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2003 and Master of Science in Industrial Hygiene in 2005 from West Virginia University. She is a Certified Industrial Hygienist by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.
Rachel has over eight years of experience in the field of Industrial Hygiene and Safety. Prior to Cority, she served as a Safety and Health Specialist in the private sector, followed by an Industrial Hygienist position for the federal government in a Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center.
Laura Surowiec is a Client Service Consultant for Cority providing implementation and consulting services. Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Indiana University in 2003 and Masters of Public Health specializing in Occupational Health and Safety from Tulane University in 2010. She is a Certified Safety Professional of the BCSP and an active member of American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
Laura has 10 years of experience in the occupational safety and health field both as a government regulator with the NRC and OSHA and as a specialist in the private sector. Prior to joining Cority, she worked as the sole Corporate Safety Specialist for a Fortune 500 company managing its health and safety issues for multiple business sectors worldwide.
Melissa Kephart is a Client Service Consultant for Cority providing consultation to clients in the areas of implementation planning, work process review, training, and sustaining support. Prior to working with Cority, Melissa was a management consultant providing safety and industrial hygiene expertise to senior-level government managers. Melissa has extensive experience in custom OHS software development, agency-level safety program management, and Voluntary Protection Programs.
Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resources Management from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Industrial Hygiene from West Virginia University.
Monica Melkonian serves as Industrial Hygiene Product Manager at Cority providing technical expertise, guidance and support in the development of Cority’s Industrial Hygiene Suite. Previously, Monica served as Senior Client Service Consultant with Cority providing implementation and sustain support to global clients. Monica has worked in the environmental and occupational health field for over 15 years in both the public and private sector, across a broad range of industries. Prior to Cority, Monica’s experience included work with the California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and work as a private industry consultant. Monica’s broad experience in the occupational health and safety field enables her to bring a deep understanding of the needs of Cority clients.
Monica received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Environmental and Occupational Health from California State University, Northridge. She is a Certified Industrial Hygienist by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. Ms. Melkonian is an active member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and serves on the AIHA Computer Application Committee.
Bill Walters has been a Senior Application Consultant at Cority since 2002. Previous to Cority, Bill worked at Miller Brewing Company where he was an Occupational Health nurse for 18 years.
Cyraj Elbakoush is a Client Services Consultant with Cority, where he joined the team in 2015. Previous to his work with Cority, he worked as an Industrial Hygienist for the US Department of Health and Human Services, the US Air Force, and in the oil and gas industry. Cyraj is an active member of his local chapter of the AIHA, having served as Director from 2013-2016.
Cyraj holds a master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Health Sciences from the University of Oklahoma and holds credentials as a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional.
Ian Cohen is the Product Marketing Manager responsible for Cority’s Environmental and Safety initiatives.
Before taking this role, Ian was Cority’s Environmental Product Manager, where he was responsible for developing Cority’s Environmental Compliance and Data Management Suite. Prior to working with Cority, Ian was an environmental specialist at Florida Power & Light Company, a NextEra Energy, Inc., company, where he led the development, implementation, and management of various environmental management systems and programs. Ian is well versed in the development of enterprise environmental management information systems and is a subject matter expert in corporate sustainability, including program development, annual reporting and stakeholder communications.
Ian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Science in Environmental Science, both from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
John Easton is VP, Product Management after having served previously as Product Manager and Senior Client Service Consultant. He has been in the health and safety field since 1996.
Prior to joining Cority, John worked for 12 years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in the capacity of Health & Safety Specialist and most recently as Assistant Manager, Health & Safety. John has extensive experience in developing and managing standards and programs for industrial hygiene and safety.
Mauri Paz is Cority’s EHS Products Manager. With over 14 years of experience in the field of EHS and EMIS software design and implementation management, Mauri has developed and implemented EMS systems, consulted for Fortune 1000 companies in matters of EHS, and implemented over six different EMIS platforms for several Fortune 1000 clients. He possesses a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UCI, holds a Professional Engineer license in the State of California, a Project Management Professional certification from PMI, and is a Certified Energy Manager.
Meghan Cairns joined Cority as a Client Service Consultant in June 2013 and moved to the Client Success Team as a Client Success Manager in 2014. She provides client services such as implementation planning, work process review and training. As part of the Success Team she works diligently to ensure existing Cority clients are supported with top customer service to ensure effective and efficient use of the Cority application.
Prior to joining Cority, Meghan worked for 5 years as an Environmental Coordinator and 8 years as Industrial Hygiene Coordinator and at a major global gold mining company. She worked to develop a comprehensive Industrial Hygiene program at the site and implemented all aspects of the program.
Meghan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and is a Registered Occupational Hygienist by the Canadian Registration Board of Occupational Hygienists. Meghan is a member of the Occupational Hygiene Association of Ontario.
Dave is an experienced Project Manager and Environmental Engineer who has over 24 years of experience implementing projects and client emission inventory calculations utilizing the Cority air module. He works with databases associated with regulatory applicability and permit development. In addition, he is a proven subject matter expert regarding air emission calculations. He has worked extensively within the Cority EMIS including: Compliance management, incident management and mobile inspections. His other skills include capital project design and project engineering.
