You are currently using the Cority’s ReadySet Legacy/Enterprise HR feed which will be sunsetting by December 31st, 2025. The migration to the new HR Feed is essential to elevate the hygiene of your HR data, improve future technical support with Cority, and expedite data processing times. Some of benefits include:

We’re confident the new HR Feed will significantly improve your overall experience with the ReadySet solution. To ensure a smooth transition, we’ve assembled a dedicated team of internal experts who will guide you through every step of the migration process.

Project Topic: The scope of this project is to migrate the client’s existing HR feed to the new HR feed.

Cority will:

  • Lead a launch call to confirm project timeline, requirements, and scope.
  • Review client’s existing HR feed file and clearly outline any formatting changes that may be needed to be compatible with the new HR feed (Gap Analysis).
  • Consult with client’s IT team to ensure new HR feed file specifications are met.
  • Assist in testing and validating updated HR feed files with the new HR feed in the TEST environment.
  • Coordinate and configure client for use with the new HR feed in PRODUCTION.
  • Confirm Go-Live.

 

Client will:

  • Include IT resources as necessary.
  • Provide necessary inputs and decisions.
  • Complete verification testing (UAT) in test environment within 1 week of file processing.
  • Begin production use of new HR feed.

Resources

  • Client will assign a resource that will be the single point of contact for the project.
  • All project documents and solution configuration will be provided in English.
  • Cority will provide teleconferencing technology to support remote working sessions. Client will need to provide dial in options if the provided teleconferencing technology cannot be accommodated by Client project team. No travel is anticipated for this project.

 

Schedule

  • Once client resources have been secured, the HR feed migration project is expected to be 1-4 weeks in duration.
  • Existing HR feeds will be decommissioned 8 weeks after the start of the migration process.
  • Exceptions can be made for unforeseen circumstances causing resource shortages and/or system compatibility, but these must be communicated to Cority prior to the completion of the period of performance.

 

Deliverable Review

  • Deliverables will be made available to the Client for review and approval/acceptance. If a deliverable is not accepted, Cority will receive, in writing, notice of non-acceptance and the reason for rejection. If notice for a deliverable is not received within 5 days, Cority will assume the deliverable was implicitly accepted.

 

Testing

  • Deviations from the approved specifications documentation will be discussed with Client project team and may result in a Change Order.
  • Completion of UAT updates signifies completion of solution configuration.
